detailed print out emailed to me for as far back as possible
Im looking to have all my records/bills emailed to me with specific data usage details. I want to see every call and every single text from both of my lines.

You can access 16 months of bills online. Anything older than that, you'll have to call to request and pay for ($5 ea.). I believe that archived bills go back 7 years. Open your checkbook.

It doesn’t work that way. No one will email your usage and call logs. You get them as described above. If you need to get anything older than what is online, you call and ask for bill reprints which are sent via snail mail, not email. If you do get reprints, make sure you ask for the detailed bill that includes call logs, otherwise you will only get a summary of usage.
