Att is nothing but a scam. tricking us out of our money and lies. att customer service is nothing but no help. i called att customer service for charging us hundreds of dollars on something i didn’t even asked for, and charging us for phones are suppose to be trade in. we trade in the phones and still charge us. att also charging us a free phone. where i was told it was free and charged us for it which is incredibly ridiculous. i have proof of the trade in and the messages from the supervisors, but they said they fix things which they didn’t do anything to fix it. we keep getting bills to pay for it which is insane. we called the att supervisor and crazy to believe that person blocked my number. like i said att is nothing but a scam charging us hundreds of dollars. tricking and lying.
