Credits

Has anyone else been promised credits for switching to AT&T and still waiting on their empty promises?  I switched to them in April from Verizon (switched 3 lines) and here it is Dec 5 and I'm still waiting.  I keep hearing "we've escalated to Managment" and promised a resolution within 48 hours.....Anyone else in my position?

My bills include 3 new iPhones and the services each come with. I've spoken to so many agents and they can't seem to understand why I don't have resolution.  They want you to pay on time yet are slow to issue something they've promised.  Sounds like the government.

I will ask if you would please answer my first question, exactly....

 

IF you ported number AND bought phones in the same transaction using NEXT financing you fulfilled the letter of the credit agreement.

Yeah I'm dealing with the same thing. I finally got fed up with the run around and filed a FCC and BBB compliant today. I had a copy of the switching offer and attached that in my compliant. The AT&T phone reps and online chat reps are useless. I can't take it anymore. Once this isse is reslove I will cancel the u verse and direct TV. Big mistake for me to move my wireless from Verizon

Thanks my friend. I may have to go the same route as you. They keep telling me that I definitely qualify for the credits but "the 3 stooges" can't figure it out. I was promised a resolution and phone call within 48 hours and that was Tuesday/Wednesday.  Today's Saturday and I'm still waiting for the call.  I'll get my complaint started on Monday.

I did everything the rep told me to do in order to qualify. I didn't ask for it....he told me I would get them.  I was told within the next few billing cycles I would get them. That was in the second quarter of this year.

Yeah, my offer indicated the credit will be applied within 90 days. Needless to say its been well over 90 days and I still don't have my credit.

It's just like the government....if you owe them money they're right on top of making sure you pay them. If they owe you money they drag their feet until it's convenient for them to pay up. No difference here. Crooked politicians, crooked company.
