credit due of $121.19
I was given Reference # CM20230830-157024544. My recent auto draft by ATT was for an amount less $121.19. I assumed this is because the credit was being provided - but the $121.19 is now showing as a past due balance.
The charges stemmed from trying to connect an apple watch to my account. It wouldn't connect properly so activation and usage fees were charged each time. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
