Combined billing = scam. DON'T DO IT!

I want to remove combined billing asap. It's a total scam to lock in ALREADY loyal customers.  It prevents the ability to pay off remaining contracts and upgrade phones (or unlock your phone so you can go to T-Mobile instead).

After 4+ hours on the phone with ATT customer services, 1 hour at the ATT store, 1 hour at the Apple store, my only recourse is to continue to wait 24 - 48 hours for processing to remove combined billing for JUST ONE of my 6 phones.  JUST to upgrade phone??!?

Unacceptable.
