Charged roaming although I have free text, calling and data in Canada and mexico
Hello, I have the unlimited plan and received a charge of 10$ for 10 mins call unage with numbers in America and USA. I am on the unlimited plan which says that there is unlimited calling, text and data usage in Canada and Mexico. Does anyone know how I could have gotten charged for roaming?

@ATTHelp thank you, I was just able to get in touch with the customer support and upon investigation, they found those roaming charges to be a glitch/invalid and was issued a credit for it

That’s unlimited calling when in Canada or Mexico, it doesn’t cover calls from Canada to Mexico. Only calls within the country or to the US are covered.

Thanks @sandblaster
i made all my calls from Canada, 2 were within canada and 2 calls to US. According to what you said I shouldn’t have been charged roaming.
one thing to note- I’m living in Canada since the last 3 months. So I’ve been here for more than two billing cycles. Does that revoke my free Canada and Mexico calling and data?

Hey @ATTHelp ,
reading through the page you linked, my 2 calls within canada and 2 calls from Canada to US should not have been charged. I couldn’t find any terms on the page that would exclude charge me for roaming. Would you suggest me call the customer support to resolve this issue?
