Can’t login online to suspend payments
I have had to return back to Australia due to my college closing from COVID-19 so want to suspend my autopay but I can’t login from outside the US. I have tried calling 611 but only got a robot which said to login online which doesn’t work.
Is there another way in which I can stop my prepaid payments?

You cannot get your PIN code. You have no service, and login access from outside of the United States is purposely blocked.
Your options are to contact your financial institution and have your debit or credit card canceled and replaced. This will allow your prepaid plan to expire and your account and number will terminate if the balance is $0 for 60 days without penalty.
The alternative is to call the international number for prepaid Travelers which you can find in the contact us Link at the bottom of the web page. Hold times are quite long. If you can reach AT&T ask them to turn off auto-pay for you. If you wish to keep the number, you will have to ask support to put you on a pay-per-use plan and refill with sufficient funds to extend your accounts expiration date
