Cancel my autopay

I have an auto payment plan and I want to cancel my plan right now since I'm in South Korea. But I don't know my AT&T ID and password. So, I talked to the AT&T staff in live chat and he provided phone number which is 1-800-947-5096. When I called this phone number, it said that none of the expert was available right now. Is there anyway I can cancel my autopayment plan? Please let me know. If you know, contact me with this email [email scrubbed].

Accounts are blocked from access outside of the US, your only option is to call the international support number or cancel your credit or debit card that is used to pay your phone

Thank you so much! But I'm just worried about if I cancel my debit card that is used to pay my phone. Is my financial credit will be affected? Please let me know.
