Can not get $619.24 credit due to me
In Oct 22 we changed our wireless business account to personal. I had made a payment about the time we converted, 2 days later I got a notice that our personal account bill was due. So they apparently converted by business account to our personal side leaving us with a credit of $619.24 . It is now 3/27/23 and I am still trying to get that credit of 619.24. Personal side of att can’t access the business side and business side can’t access personal side so I have been told. I have been on hold with the business billing side over 4 hours today, nobody has even checked in on me. I am guessing that att is hoping that I will just drop this issue and ignoring me. I have been a loyal customer since cell phones came out and have always recommended, but my tune is changing. Go with the smaller business where you can actually get ahold of someone. ATT please send me my refund!!!

File a better business bureau complaint online. The complaint is forwarded to att upper management and someone will contact you
