Can I use my bill credits to pay off the rest of my installment plan?

No, you can’t. 

I have had problems with DSL internet since 2007. Was told again from 3 DSL managers I would get a credit for outage for the month if December if $30.00. No credit has been applied.

I need a Suoervisior ABOVE DSL manager to call me please. I have dates,times and who I spoke to during these many calls.
