The few stores that are open are only accepting urgent business, and paying your bill is not urgent. You should always be paying your bill online. Paying your bill online with a card always credits your account right away. If your account is postpaid there is no penalty for paying late until after May 13th.
Ohh okay thanks what if i use the automated phone to pay my bill will that credit my account right away or is that only online I'm on a payment arrangement & i need to pay it asap all though I'm not to familiar with online paying I'm more old school
Trying to pay a bill one time for a friend who is in the hospital, and it will now allow you to do it. Just want to use my card this one time to help, but not to be used again. I don’t understand why this is so difficult
It’s a prepaid phone. Bought a gift card and put 35$ on it. A MasterCard. So I could apply that to his bill so he could get service and it wasn’t enough. 9$ more in fees?
It’s a prepaid account. Through AT&T trying to get a friends phone back on. While he’s in the hospital. Was afraid to use my card because I don’t want it charging it again. So I purchased a MasterCard gift card w 35$ and it wasn’t enough 🤦♀️ Why is this so difficult????
$35 depends on what plan he's refilling. A $35 mastercard can be added for $30 pay-per use or $30 plan, both are going to add taxes.
There are some states where taxes and 911 fees are more than $5, like California for example.
I would have suggested purchasing AT&T prepaid refill cards, the tax on refill cards is paid up front at point of purchase, so there is nothing additional once you use the card to pay for service.

Not enough information. Prepaid? Can you login to the account? 2 step stopping you?
