We'd be more than happy to explain what the acronym for CW entails, bssb.

CW stands for Call Waiting, which is a useful feature, that allows you to take another call while you are already on the phone. This service is included with your plan at no extra charge, and is always available to you through myAT&T or from your phone.

For more information, please take a look at our resource page for wireless usage history.

The call usage reports typically register phone calls for you, whether it's incoming, outgoing, or call waiting.

Your usage details include the date, time, the amount of data or the number called/texted, but neither the type of data used nor the actual content of your messages are available.

Please let us know if this helps. Thanks again for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!
