My bill is incorrect the wrong line has been charged for another line on my accounts services, i need to get late fee dropped i paid on time partial and i need an explanation of horrendous charges

Special thanks to our ACE, formerlyknownas, for their great expertise. As previously mentioned by our ACE, the late fee is accurate, and it's generated when the balance is not paid in full on or before the due date, even if it's a partial payment.

 

We just have a few quick questions, in order to provide you with a definitive answer:

 

-What account services are your referring to?

- Can you give us more context on the charges, that you see on your bill?

- Did you recently make any changes to your account?

 

We're asking because we want to give you a precise solution for your inquiry.

 

In the meantime, our first recommendation would be to use this resource on understanding your bill

 

Our second recommendation would be view this resource on partial monthly charges. If you change your plan or add-ons in the middle of a bill period, you’ll see partial-month charges or credits on your next bill.

 

Our third recommendation would be to review your services summary

 

Here's how to find your customer service summary.
With the myAT&T app

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select See bill details.
  3. Select Manage settings.
  4. Choose the account you'd like to view, if you have more than one.
  5. Scroll to Billing and select See customer service summary (most recent).

From a browser

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Choose the account you’d like to view, if you have more than one.
  4. Scroll to Billing and select See customer service summary (most recent).

Our fourth recommendation would be to review your taxes, surcharges and fees

That doesn't make sense.  What services?  

i need to get late fee dropped i paid on time partial

If You did not pay your bill in full before the due date It is late and a late fee is correct.

and i need an explanation of horrendous charges 

Unless you show us or explain to us better what the horrendous charges are, you need to call AT&T or hope that someone from ATT help responds.
