Billing cycle dates

I get my paper bill at the end of the month, normally the last day! The due date is the 8th of the next month! I have to quickly write the bill and travel to the post office in order for the check to get to you on time! Can you PLEASE change my billing cycle do that I get the SEND date earlier?

It won’t make any difference. Your due date is set at 21 days after the start of the bill cycle. If you change the bill cycle dates, you change the due date. You will still have the same number of days between when the bill is generated and when it is due. If the problem is how long it’s taking to get the paper bill, you do not have to wait for the paper bill. Your bill is available to view online 4-5 days after the start of the bill cycle. There is no reason you can’t have the payment on the way 2 weeks before the due date. You should also consider paying electronically instead of by check. Checks are very insecure, thieves often steal checks out of the mail and use the bank information on the check to cash forged checks. In any event, if you really want to change the bill cycle dates, you need to call and request that.
