Balance Due Page Not Adjusted With ACP Discount
A few days ago I was approved for ACP, on the very day my prepaid account was to be renewed. My account showed I owed $55 instead of $25 (although I am actually on tribal land...). I called AT&T. After waiting an hour for a human being, a very good customer representative helped me renew the account at $25. After renewing, the account landing page once again showed $55--due next month. The representative was not sure if this page is to always show $55. He thinks once I submit my payment, my credit card will be charged only $25. I need to mention my landing page states $30 Affordable Connectivity Discount on it. I have uploaded a screenshot. It seems to me if I hit the submit button with it stating $55, that I will be charged exactly that and not $25. Should this page be showing $55 or $25 along with the $30 dollar discount? It is easier to renew quickly online than to call and be on hold for a long time. I appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Let us look into the quickest way for you to renew your Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), @betty909!
Renewing your plan online is faster. You can avoid hold times especially if you need to renew your plan right away. Of course, should you have any questions as to your ACP status or monthly payment, our Customer Support agents will be happy to help.
They can be reached by dialing 866.986.0963 or 611 from your AT&T mobile phone. Learn more by visiting Affordable Connectivity Program. What's more, your plan will receive the benefit in 1-2 payment due-by dates.
We hope this info helps. Let us know if you have any more questions or concerns.

If I were you, I'd pay $25 on Feb. 13, since the account is showing the $30 ACP. If the service doesn't renew, pay the other $30 and then contact support again.

Thank you, your suggestion worked, yet in a rather odd fashion. I paid the $25 and my account page showed I had an outstanding balance of $30, so I contacted support. It took several calls/two hours, but finally a rep told me it will not resolve the $30 until the next day. He was correct. The following day my account page showed I will owe $55 in March, so hopefully once I pay the $25, it will resolve any balance showing ($30) on the next day. Thank you again.
