ATT Promotional Card - Apply towards Wireless or Home Billing
For Months I have been trying to use the ATT PRomotional Card towards my cell or home phone balance and it won't apply. There is no information on this, now the card is about the run-out. What can I do now to use this card towards my balance? Thank you

Use the card for other purchases and pay your bill out of another account. Did you activate the card?

Yes, I activated the card when I got it. There are no other ATT purchases except for monthly hone billing, and this promo card was given for me to turn in a phone to get a new one.
