At&t is scamming me
I have called customer service I have called my bank they said to call at&t the store told me to contact at&t my bill is 118.94cents every bill has been well over that since my first bill

$359.28 I called customer service they kept saying it's normal it's normal and it's being transferred back into your account once you pay?!?! Like what?!?! I when I make a payment I get none of it back I called my bank they said it was fraud and canceled my card and I got a new one and it's still charging me outrages numbers
Keep in mind my phone cost 16$ a month and 95$ a month for the unlimited plan my bill should not be over 200 every billing cycle should I contact an etorny next?

The att customer service told me that the charges were strange and she contacted a manager and sent me to Att.com/paymenthelper to file a request there too
