At&t is scamming me

​I have called customer service I have called my bank they said to call at&t the store told me to contact at&t my bill is 118.94cents every bill has been well over that since my first bill​

​ $359.28 I called customer service they kept saying it's normal it's normal and it's being transferred back into your account once you pay?!?! Like what?!?! I when I make a payment I get none of it back I called my bank they said it was fraud and canceled my card and I got a new one and it's still charging me outrages numbers  ​

Keep in mind my phone cost 16$ a month and 95$ a month for the unlimited plan my bill should not be over 200 every billing cycle should I contact an etorny next?

Your bill is itemized, look it over thoroughly to see where the charges are coming from. If you have any questions about specific charges post them here and we can try to explain or suggest a solution.

The att customer service told me that the charges were strange and she contacted a manager and sent me to Att.com/paymenthelper to file a request there too
