AT&T Is a big fraud and I won't to sue!
Today my services have been cut off once again when they owe me over $1000 I have all of my paper work to prove that I have been getting ripped off for months and months. Since July they have been over charging me over $100 a month for a line that i did not authorize and I a now about to fight them back in court. I am sick and tired of so many managers lying to me about a refund that I still haven't got at all in no form or way. Then all I ask is that they put the money that they owe me towards my bill. I m going to pay them to restore my services today only to show that I am a loyal customer and this is how they cheat hard working citizens out of there money as usual and that this is not fair at all.

File a complaint with the BBB and/or the FCC. That will get you a response from the Office of the President and if your paperwork is in order, and you didn't miss anything (TOS details, etc) then they may be able to help you.
Fighting them in court will do you no good because of the Binding Arbitration you agreed to when you signed up.
Did you do business directly with AT&T (a Corporate Store or the AT&T website) or was it thru a Retail Store or outlet like Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, etc?

You didn't really answer the question about dealing directly with them. Do you mean you did business on the AT&T website or went into a Corporate Store (not to be confused with an AT&T Authorized Retail Store).

I wonder did you ever get an attorney? Did they refund you they just screwed me over 700$ every bill cycle is different and I have the 85$ plan my bill is supposed to be 115.60 every bill cycle after the first one went thru its been 180$ 475$ 360$ etc and I called Customer service multiple times and they say it's been refunded on my statements sometimes it says its been refunded but I can't seem to find it in my bank history and my bank can't seem to find it neither
