Att guy lied to me to get me to switch plans.

I called to inquire about my phone balances and the att rep said he could lower my bill by 35 dollars and everything would stay the same. Just lower bill.  Yeah right. 
checked my bills turned out I was 250.00 higher last month and 200 higher this month.  
I called att the girl just wanted to explain why it was higher.  I told her I know why it’s higher. I was lied to.  she hung up on me. 
did the chat with Iris she said she couldn’t fix it but put a “supervisor” on

Pablo looked at it and said he can’t do anything because it’s not a billing error. I said yes it’s an error, your guy said my bill would go down 35 a moth but it’s gone up over 200. That is an error and I want it fixed.  Why would I agree to pay more for the same thing. 
I pay for 9 lines and if this doest get fixed I’m taking those lines to vorizon. 
ATT LIED! And I’m paying for it.
