Att can’t find our phones

We took advantage of the trade ins for the iPhone 12 pros. We shipped the trade in phones 2 days after receiving the new phones AT&T is saying they don’t have them and USPS can’t find them. After reading all these forums I can tell this is a very common issue among AT&T customers. And even there’s theft involved. I want to know where our phones are. Spoke to at&t today and they said that if the phones don’t come in, we don’t get our $800 credit per phone! And we sent in two. I want to know where the phones are immediately. I am tired of the run around game. This needs to be figured out before legal action is taken.

Same here. As far as I realized this is quiet a common issue. I am also currently facing the same problem. If you have any solution, please suggest me. Thanks.

@sanjib863 Your best chance to resolve is to escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. They have resolved many of these lost trade in phone issues.
