AT&T CANCELED MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT
AT&T canceled my payment arrangement that was made by one of their representatives. They decided to cancel the payment arrangement due to their representative opened another account for three other lines to get a discount and just left the other account open without telling me the issue their actions would cause. I’m in the middle of job searching and AT&T cancel my payment arrangement and all they could tell me is that they had no choice because I still owe a balance on the account their representative moved my line from to join my line with two other lines on another account under my name. So, now all the phone lines are suspended without notice nor warning that this will be the result of their representative action for opening a second account and leaving a balance . Not to mention I have been unhappy with AT&T billing practices due to the bill changes monthly despite my phone plan I agreed to plus taxes, so I’m constantly calling 2-3 times a week due to my bill keep changing even changes weekly after their representatives go in the system to make changes and provide me with my billing rates by email, it’s always something with this company on a weekly basis and I’m a new customer that’s experiencing such bad results!
After paying almost a $400 monthly bill that should’ve never been that much, AT&T shuts my phone off a few days later! It’s very disappointing AT&T how your company treats its new customers and cancel payment arrangements without a notice to the customer for a past due bill on another account that was never explained to me before yiur representative open another account up in my name! Shame, shame, shame AT&T!!!
