2021 AT&T wireless bills - how to access them

For anything older than what is online you must call and request bill reprints. Make sure you request the detailed bill if you need call and text logs. There is a $5 charge for each reprint, the first one should be free.

Thank you! I was hoping that there was a way to download the old bills. Would an AT&T store be able to do that?

As our wonderful Ace, @sandblaster said, you can download the last 16 months of bill from your account. We can get you the bill reprints for February to August 2021 for you. The first one is free and the rest will be $5.00 per reprint.

No. A store does not have access to old bills. They are no longer online, that’s why you have to request reprints. They need to be retrieved from offline storage.
