Thank you for the information provided by @formerlyknownas that is correct. In addition, you can view and manage your Prepaid plan details in our Prepaid portal. 

1. Go to att.com/myprepaid.
2. At the top of the page, select Plans.
3. Next to the rate plan you’d like to use, select view plan details.

Texts were always 20 cents on that plan.  Calls are 10 cents a minute.
