On my phone me bill 2 dashes where the # should be mean what?
We can definitely answer that question for you. If the text detail on your bill shows dashes, zeros, or your own phone number, this is usually due to the phone number being blocked. Data detail will not show contact information and the times are reported in a three hour window. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hello, I've told my child to block a certain number, and now I see “--”, does that mean it's blocked? And I take it like the time and date us when the caller is calling?
How can we improve?
