If these charges were on a Credit Card, your CC has been compromised.
You need to alert the CC company IMMEDIATELY.
Edit: I see on your other post that money was taken from your bank account. Again, your personal information has been tampered with and you need to contact your bank IMMEDIATELY
Taken from what account? You need to dispute any unauthorized charges directly with your bank or credit card. Unauthorized charges probably means your account information has been compromised.
I’ve tried to dispute that I don’t have and account and I never have with ATT and the money was taken from my checking account! I don’t know how to dispute it bc ATT gives me the run around!!
If bogus debits are made on a debit card or your bank information was compromised, it's like handing a thief cash. You'll be at the mercy of your bank or CU.
Do you have a debit card? If so, that has probably been compromised and would explain how money was taken from your checking account. Otherwise, it would require someone knowing your bank routing number and account number. Have you lost any checks lately? Either way, you need to work that with your bank, not ATT. Since you aren’t an ATT customer, ATT won’t even talk to you. The fact that one of those charges was from January may complicate things. You should have caught that and disputed with your bank much sooner.

You're not getting anywhere because you're trying to contact AT&T instead of your BANK/CREDIT CARD
