WORST customer service ever

WORST customer service ever! Every time we have anything to do with ATT customer service, it completely ruins our day. Seriously. We are on for hours, and more often than not our issue is NOT resolved. Just today we were trying to resolve an issue involving one of their netgear devices that we were wrongly billed for, and once we got off the line with the rep my wife’s line was disconnected instead. Unbelievable!

Every device on your service plan has a phone number for billing purposes and in this case for disconnection purposes. It's important that you relay the correct phone number related to each device if you are canceling service
