Wireless service credit check questions
I have tried three times to transfer my existing wireless service to my own plan. When I complete the transfer of billing responsibility process a credit check is done and I have been asked the same 3 security questions each time which have nothing to do with me. This may be a fraud check. Att recommended I check my credit report with equifax. I just checked my credit report with all three credit bureaus and all is good. Can I ask att to ask different security questions not sure how to proceed.
