Wireless service cancelled as fraud activity

Wireless service cancelled as fraud activity. When contacted fraud management though form submission, as a reply they say account was created without my authorization. I’m trying to get back to fraud management team which only reaches to voice answering machine and no human handles it. Hours do I convert that it is legitimate and get my ported numbers from prepaid AT&T back into service. I have been using them since 5 years and lost the service now. I don’t have a way to get back then?

@Deceivedme, that isn't the experience we want you to have.

We recommend you reach out to our Fraud Department about this situation by calling 877-844-5584, they're open 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday and Saturday. You can also try going into an AT&T store with your account information and proof of identification.

Thanks for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.

I’m tired of hearing the same recommendations and all the routes you mentioned are going in circles.. That’s what I mentioned above.  And you’re doing the same here too. Can you try recommend something better. I have spent almost 3 days going around or talking to AT&T. It’s a dead rubber. AT&T is doing some scam by cancelling the legitimate accounts with the name of fraud activity. That way they can earn more accounts and fill its pocket. They don’t even care how the account was concluded fraud or what the store reps did wrong creating account, so that they can be corrected for future customers. Cheating people is one way of making money by AT&T here I think
