Why is AT&T billing me for WhatsApp calls?
I was using WhatsApp to make international calls, which I have been doing for the past 6 or 7 years without incidence. Now all of a sudden, ATT is charging me for the calls and never informed me that they were going to do that and I have a bill that is over $400. In addition to that, whenever I call to get someone to deal with this, I get bounced around and now, it's obviously past due and they are sending me to collections. I am debating if providing good customer service is no longer a priority at ATT, even more so during a pandemic? That is my question. I am now left with deciding on switching companies for my wireless needs.
