Why does the store in Hot Springs Arkansas make their employees check in with the manager before they complete the transaction?
I go in and they try to sell me internet or TV. I don't want either......I just want to pay my wireless bill or I need my phone fixed. But before they take my payment, they have to go check in with the manager who is tied up for 10 more minutes. I literally upgraded and got a new phone and went back the NEXT DAY and had to go through this whole process all over again. The rep just kept apologizing and said that they have to "check in" Hello. My TIME IS VALUABLE. Im still well within my return period so I'm switching to Verizon.
AT&T this policy (Edited per community guidelines) and you are driving customers AWAY.
