Why At&t Website and Mobile app so horrible to use

I have been using At&t witless service from past 3 and half years. whenever i goes into their website or their mobile app I always gets horrible experience it's hard to navigate and connecting customer support is like old school early 2000's UI. I thought initially they might get improves over the years but in 2020 also they have same kind of issue although they have changed some UI components but still the application is very slow in any browser after using couple 10 to 15 minutes I will get frustrated and postpone my account changes with At&t I don't know is there some strategy that giving worst experience that people never gonna complain much or they don't need to support too may people over chat.

Great online user experience is important, @sivakrishna446!

In order that we may assist with your experience when signing in to your MyAT&T account (whether online or the app) we want to know more about what you're encountering:

  • Are certain details missing from your account after signing in?
  • Is an error message present after sign in?
  • Is a certain action (such as Upgrading your phone) not functioning properly?

Here are tips for using the MyAT&T app. Restart your device if the app isn't responding:

  1. Open the myAT&T app after restarting your device.
  2. Re-enter your user ID and password to sign in. Be sure to delete any IDs you’ve saved first.

Reinstall the app if restarting doesn’t help:

  1. Delete the myAT&T app from your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Choose how you want to download the latest myAT&T app:
    • Go to http://sm.att.com/534d4073 on your smartphone or tablet.
    • Text myATT to 556699 from your wireless device. We'll send you a link so you can download the app.
  3. Install the app, then open it and sign in.

Additionally, when it comes to your browser, make sure to clear your browser's cache and history or use another browser entirely.

Hope this info helps.

I have been using the on-line yahoo for my bellsouth email.  Eight times in the past 3 months bellsouth says I logged in too many times and must change my password.  The last time I was already logged in and after about two hours it logged me out and gave me "you have put in the wrong password"

Should I just use an app like Outlook - instead of a website - would that save me all this grief or what is the problem?

Well, it's 2023 and no improvement to their site. I cannot conduct any business without being prompted to call their 800 number. Tried their chat feature to get canned questions and unless you know the key words, they keep repeating themselves. Another wasted feature. Time to catch up to the 21 century ATT. My question is: Is it worth continuing using ATT or time to find another?
