Where is our $600 promotion?
We switched to AT&T in early December. The store employees were nice but did not know anything about our new Iphones and the whole process took almost 3 hours. We left with the instructions and paperwork to submit for the $600 for the two Iphone 6s that we turned in.
As our Verizon account was closed getting documents was not easy- but after many hours on the phone we got proof that our account was paid off. We put everything together and with forms completed sent it all in. Yesterday we got a postcard telling us that we did not provide adequate information and that we have to resubmit by 3/14/2017. We are educated professionals and know how to submit paperwork. This sounds a lot like a scam. We want the $600 promised returned to us ASAP. In the meantime our attorney will be drafting a letter. AT&T should not be doing this to new customers. SHAMEFUL.
