Where have they hidden live rep chat

I am in a country where I cannot connect to my ATT service and I need to get help from a live rep, HOW?

I keep getting run in circles with automated chats that want me to sign into an account that I can't sign into.  HELP!  This is really rotten ATT support.

just an fyi you seem as if not to know if prepaid or postpaid, if in pact you are prepaid then your phone wont work with at&t if postpaid i believe you need some sort of international package, maybe someone else will pop in and help, regardless calling the international number is the only way  to contact at&t

I put the sim card in one of the original phones and tried to call the International Customer Support number of +1 314 925 6925.  I instantly got a message of 'Cannot connect to mobile network.'  I need SOME way of contacting customer support!  Can you help?

3 times I told you there is no other way than calling. Sorry but that’s how it is. If the chat link isn’t available at the bottom of this page where it says contact us then it’s blocked from your area.

ATT asks me to sign on and say that the question is solved.  IT IS NOT SOLVED.  I need some information to port my phone away from ATT which is providing me NO service.  If there is no way to port my number away from a company that won't let me use my number and won't provide any means of contact then my problem is NOT solved and it is the worst possible service from ATT.

Have you called either of the numbers provided? Sure, international calls are expensive, but that's really the best option. It's not AT&T fault you travelled half way around the world before trying to take care of things. I'm not sure it will be very easy for you to set up service with any other US provider from the DRC. 

Specifically, what information are you looking for? Other than a transfer PIN (if you have post paid service), you should have everything else (unless you're prepaid, in which case you need your account number).

However, in order to provide adequate support, you will need to be able to authenticate your account before contacting Postpaid Support for travel abroad +1.314.925.6925 or AT&T PREPAID for travel abroad +1.408.962.1025.

 

Here is information about accessing your AT&T wireless account using a passcode. You can change your wireless account security passcode or even reset it. Every wireless account has one.

 

Want to reset your passcode so you can sign in?

  1. Go to myAT&T and enter your ID and password.
  2. Select Get a new passcode on the Confirm passcode page.
  3. Follow the prompts.

Follow these steps to Reset your AT&T PREPAID PIN or online password. First time signing in? Use your four-digit PIN as your password.

  1. Go to the myAT&T sign-in page.
  2. Select Forgot PIN / Password.
  3. Enter your wireless number and choose Request Online Password or Request 4-Digit PIN (you can select both).
  4. Select Send PIN / Password. We’ll send a text with the temporary info. Have Wireless Home Phone? We’ll call you with your info.
  5. Enter the temporary info and select Continue.
  6. Follow the prompts to create a new online password or four-digit PIN. 

Heads up: If you sign in with wrong info three times and reset your password, we'll remove your stored payment info. It’s for your security. Make sure to re-enter your payment info when you sign in with your new password.
