WHEN ATT LIES TO YOU REPEATEDLY.
ATT SAID THEY WERE SENDING A NEW PHONE. THEY DIDNT. THE GOOD THING ABOUT MODERN TECHNOLOGY IS I RECORDED IT. SHOULD GET INTERESTING, SEEING AS THIS IS THE 7TH TIME BEING LIED TO BY ATT. DOCUMENTED AND RECORDED.

Why are you expecting a new phone? They can tell you anything; that doesn't mean it will actually happen if there's not an approved reason for it.
Also, please turn off caps lock. Not only is it considered rude, it's very hard to read.

MICCHECK NO HELP. THEY SENT WARRANTY PHONE AND IT ARRIVED DAMAGED. IF YOU CAN'T READ THEN GET EYES CHECKED OR MAYBE INTERNET IS NOT FOR YOU. ALSO USE A VPN, NOBODY WANTS TO SEE THAT NEIGHBORHOOD.
ATTHELP, A QUICK CALL TO THE PRESIDENTS OFFICE GOT THE PHONE SHIPPED. THIS IS THE 4TH WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. JUST KEEPING IT REAL
