Same day… I’ve been on another city, and all worked good… so guys…

Hello, I can offer some general suggestions on how to address the problem: Check for widespread outages: Before assuming it's an issue with your specific location, check online platforms like social media or DownDetector to see if other AT&T customers in your area are reporting similar problems. This can help determine if it's a widespread outage or an isolated issue.

Restart your device: Sometimes, cellular connectivity issues can be resolved by simply restarting your phone. Turn it off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help refresh the network connection.

Check your network settings: Ensure that your device is set to use the correct network settings for AT&T. Go to your phone's settings, select "Cellular" or "Mobile Network," and verify that the network selection is set to "Automatic" or "AT&T."

Verify your account status: Double-check that your AT&T account is active and in good standing. You can do this by logging into your online account or contacting AT&T customer support directly.

Sounds like a ChatGPT answer. No issues here in SW Portland (Tigard/Lake Oswego/Sherwood, etc). It could be a local tower that is having issues in that area if your phone works elsewhere. Gresham is pretty far from Vancouver. Check the AT&T Outage page and see if there is anything specific to that area.

Don't expect an answer here. This is just a customer populated forum only. It is not AT&T Support.
