I often have to call 611 for assistance, but 90% of agents need help understanding English, and there's a language barrier. As a loyal customer, is there a way to opt out of speaking to someone in the United States who speaks fluent English?

AT&T obviously doesn’t offer an option like that, but you are free to take your business to a company that does (if you can find one).
