Urgent Plan Cancelation

So, recently I moved from Portugal to San Diego and went to a AT&T store to get a plan, I got the 8G plan for 40$ a month using autopay.

The thing is, I had to return in urgency back to Portugal a week later.

How can I cancel my plan/card?? It is in autopay and I don't want to be charged 40$ per month for a service I'm not using.

I tried going to paygonline.com but it won't accept my PIN and I can't change it since I'm in Portugal and the card does not work.

Please Help!

all you can do is cancel the credit card associated with the account. There’s an international number but the god times have been up to 2 hours

I guess that means you don't have a prayer of getting through.

@Constructive how come there is no way of accessing the account outside the US? Isn't that a bit backwards for such a big company and for the year we live in?

you can thank 9/11 for that it’s not only At&t it’s all carriers and it goes beyond just cell service.

Your only options to stop autopay from abroad are to call or cancel the card used to autopay. If you call, call the international support number.
