Unprofessional store manager
I have purchase two phone for my kids for Christmas and one of the phone keep getting kick back the number to t-mobile. Which direct me to the store to get my order corrected. I was able to work with a rep that was able to help me order the lines and active them. After two days later my daughter phone stop working. Which I had to go back to the store which was notice by the rep that the number had ported back to T-Mobile . That she will have to speak with supervisor to correct it and come back in to get it correct well I got sick. So I wait today to in the get it corrected and spoke with supervisor John Frazier which was very rude and very unprofessional. He would like take his time out to help correct the issue but rudely state to call 611 it’s nothing he can do when he as a supervisor have the power to correct the issue but instead call the police and stated that I was out rate. I ask supervisor to provide his name and I’d number to identify him. He just yell it out instead of writing it down on the card. I had to ask the police officer that he called the police on me to get his information. Very unprofessional.
