unlock my phone

Dear AT&T Customer Support,

I am writing to request your assistance with unlocking my phone. I recently submitted a request to unlock my phone, but received an error message indicating that the request was lost. As a legitimate customer who purchased the phone through official channels, I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue.

I can provide proof of purchase and any other documentation necessary to verify my ownership of the phone. The IMEI number of my phone is 35 280372 932416 1.

I kindly request that you unlock my phone as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take further action to protect my rights as a customer.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

sandblaster

This is a public forum, please remove your personal information. You should not post your imei. I’ve never heard of an unlock request getting lost. You should first try submitting another request. No one here can unlock your phone.

I've never heard of a request getting lost either; are you sure it didn't say that the phone had been reported lost? Just to confirm, to make sure you didn't get the incorrect error, do you meet the other qualifications?

  • Is an AT&T phone or device and isn't active on another AT&T account.
  • Has a paid-off installment plan:
    • Paid through your monthly bill: Submit your unlock request at the start of your next bill period.
    • Paid off early: The wireless number assigned to the device must be active for at least 60 days. Wait 48 hours after you make your final payment to submit your unlock request.
  • Was paid in full when you bought it (it was not purchased on an installment plan). You must wait 60 days from your purchase date to submit an unlock request.
  • Hasn't been reported as lost, stolen, or involved with fraud and doesn't have a past-due account balance. (Make a payment to bring your account current. It may take up to 24 hours to post.)
  • Is an AT&T Prepaid® phone with a Prepaid SIM and six months of service on the AT&T network. You must submit your unlock request using the most recent version of the AT&T Device Unlock app.
