Unlimited Elite is $85/month for a single line (including the paperless/autopay discount). You can go to https://www.att.com/plans/unlimited-data-plans/ and move the slider to 1 to see what it costs for a single line.
Check for your exact model number on the list at https://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/wireless/Service-Capabilities-Unlocked-Devices-ATT-Network.pdf to ensure that your phone is a device supported by AT&T.

By the way, you are not a 'win back' from more than 10 years ago. Win back is within 60 days.
There is a modest credit offer if you switch online and bring your own device. The unlocked phone must be the unlocked us version, model number must have a U1 in it.
