Unified account FRAUD
After 7 months of specialists, account managers etc. I have been told my account that was mysteriously changed after approximately 20 years from a wireless account to a “unified” account with ALL passwords, account questions being changed internally that either I pay the $1225.43 bill to get this removed from my credit report or it stays on my credit report. Letters to the president unanswered. [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. How do I get reimbursed for my countless hours fighting this?
Any help would be appreciated. This is a huge internal scan.
