Unauthorized changes to my account
I have extra security on my account due to fraud by AT&T employees at least three times and yesterday my active second line was ported out without my permission. I’m shocked all of my clients confident text messages, photos, documents, and numbers are now in the hands of a stranger. My account is well protected with extra security in place so no one can make any changes to it. She deactivated my number and ported it out without follower proper protocol, the tier 1 manager breached my account. my number was active today after 1pm someone else had my number. I am speechless. What should I do?

🤦🏼♀️. That's not how anything works.
All they get is a phone number. They do not get text messages They do not get photos they do not get documents They do not get any of your contact information.
The only way someone else gets all of that information is if they have the second phone with all that information on it and it was not screen locked.
The only thing at risk is if that phone number is used for two-factor authentication for anything.
Contact AT&T fraud dept
Whatever extra security you're using seems insufficient if your account has been repeatedly accessed by a third party. It's time to make changes. If that means changing service providers, don't go to T-Mobile because they have no security.

That is what’s happening as we chat; holding for the fraud department.

I’m not going into details about my personal situation other than what I have already explained.

Correct, fraud has been verified, police’s reports and the BBB are aware. Why do you think I am posting this.

Why would you stay with AT&T after the second time? This story seems really unlikely to me.

All do respect; I have repeated myself over three dozen times with the appropriate authorities and I don’t have the energy to repeat myself on this forum. I have all of my documents and receipts to confirm what I posted. The appropriate authorities has and still are communicating with me concerning this matter. My husband and I have been with AT&T since it was BellSouth. And yes I am strongly considering changing my account to a different carrier after this investigation is complete. Have a good day. In each one of these incidents were in different departments. I am an educated, intelligent, knowledgeable woman I know how to handle my business. I can run AT&T customer service and port department since this issue has happened.

Um, Sweetie, no one asked you to repeat your story or anything else. We did question the prudence of staying with a company which has failed you two times in the past and then a third, and we both suggested you change service providers.
Geez and I thought it was only ATTHelp who didn't read posts 🤦🏼♀️
