This is not a chat room. You are not communicating live. Repeating your original post a second time does absolutely nothing to help you.

You have to provide some information on what service you have, and government phone is not sufficient.

There are lifeline services which are provided through a third party. There is also ACP which is when the government pays $30 towards your service every month.

The government's $30 payment would cover the $30 prepaid plan in full. As long as they pay every month.  If you are receiving a $30 ACP benefit, it should apply every 30 days renewing the $30 plan for you.

If you have a more expensive plan you have to pay the difference.

If you signed up for ACP and have not yet applied your ACP benefit to your AT&T service, then your service would get cut off.
