Transfer pin
I'm transferring my AT&T account to Verizon and have been trying to get a transfer pin. Verizon says AT&T has it and AT&T says Verizon has it. I have not been able to do the transfer without it. So they are basically making this transfer impossible

You are supposed to provide your new service provider with your account number and either the security pin, for prepaid, the fan pin, for business accounts, or acquire a port pin by dialing *port from your AT&T phone if you are a post-paid consumer
If you are not a post-paid consumer account owner, you would not be looking for a port pin.
Is there some other reason you are stuck?
