Trade-In Promotion Problem
According to the web site below, if I purchase an iPhone 6 from AT&T, they will send me a confirmation e-mail which will include a promo code to get the promotional trade-in value.
I received a confirmation of my order via e-mail, but it didn't include a promo code.

I have the same issue. Did you get any luck with sending that private message?
To clarify, my iphone 6 shipped on 09/15/14, and arrived on 09/19/14
