Trade In Transit 4 weeks later
Hello
i dropped my trade in at Frenchtown NJ post office on Tuesday the 3rd of January
Pitney Bowes 3rd Party picked up the device on the next day as confirmed by USPS
I chatted two weeks ago with ATT chat and the person was to look into and get back to me and nothing.
This mail trade in device has been a huge disappointment along with the lack of answers from customer service
How can this be resolved to my satisfaction?

If you dropped your phone off within the 30 days as required, we are now at under 60 days since you're purchase and well within the 90 days that AT&t says before it will start credits on your account. In my opinion it's too early to complain.
I did two trade-ins one in the summer and one in the fall. The first one got to its destination in only 2 weeks. The second one circled Nashville for nearly the full month before arriving at hyla mobile

Thank you ~ glad I am not the only phone somewhere not known
i have never had this kind of delivery issue in the past that think 4 weeks with no update is excessive in the digital world we live in
