Trade in lies
I started a trade in back in Jan. We recieved the new phone jan 10th and the trade in was sent in via usps on Jan 12th and handed off to pitney bowes on Jan 17th then delivered to the trade in department warehouse Jan 23rd. All for it to sit there till Feb 12th when I was scanned in as recieved. Now May 19th I reached out as to why I still haven't recieved 1 credit for the trade in department to tell me I'm not eligible bc I turned it in after 30 days. What a lie of crap. The proof is in the tracking it left my hands Jan 12th. I have been a loyal customer for 6 year and my husband's a veteran and this company has stolen from us.

File an FCC or BBB complaint to escalate to corporate. The complaint will result in someone from ATT’s Office of the President contacting you. They are the usually able to resolve these trade in issues and since you have the proof, I’m sure you’ll get your credits.

@sandblaster thank you I just did that and also added every link of proof I had to it. Let's hope they make it right bc I won't stop till they do!
