the Store Rep abandoned me for a walk-in and made a million errors in my port and trade in

So, I bought my iphone 13 promax feb. this year. the rep was so all over thew place distracted by Female Bush.

He didnt port in my cell, he blamed it on weak in store signal. so i took both home, had a week of both phones ring,text, email all over, i did it myself through port in support.  then i bring in my trade in and as im filling in the forms,  a girl walks in and all the sales team dropped everything ....He then RUSHED ME OUT, SAYING SIGN BRO SIGN . AND TOLD ME I WAS GETTING $600 TRADE 

SO, I SIGNED (Edited per community guidelines) OFF, THEN PUT FORM IN MY BAG. LEFT.

A WEEK LATER IM CLEANING OUT MY BAG AND I SEE THE FORM IT SAYS ONLY $200 FOR THE TRADE. I CALLED AND THEY COULD NO LONGER ADJUST IT, I WAITED AND THREE MONTHS LATER NO TRADE IN DISOCUNT MONTHLY.

 I CALLED A MILLION CALL CENTER NERDS. NO RESOLUTION I THEN LOOKE DIT OVER AND HE OPUT A WRONG CELL PHONE NUMBER,, $^^%%^&& (Edited per community guidelines) .

 SO I CALLED A USA NUMBER SPOKE TO ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON, GOT AN ADJUSTMENT FOR THREE MONTHS ONLY , HE GAVE ME NUMBER FOR TRADE IN DEPT.  I CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN SPOKE TO A BUNCH OF CALL CENTER - BOTS. 

LAST GUY ON SEPT.27 PUT ME ON HOLD 27 TIMES , AND THE KEPTS SAYING I PROMISE YOU IM THE BEST, I WILL RESOLVE IT/

AFTER 1_1/2 HOURS  AND 27 HOLDS HE COULDNT DO NOTHING , WHICH SIMPLE ALL HAS TO BE DONE IS CHANGE THE WRONG NUMBER . AND 27 HOLDS , LAUGHING WITH HIS FRIENDS IN BACKGROUND..

IM GONNA TRY FIND A CORPORATE NUMBER AND GET THIS (Edited per community guidelines) SETTLED ..... IM SO (Edited per community guidelines) OFF.

I ONLY SWITCHED TO ATT, COZ VERIZON DIDNT WORK IN MY JOB, AN OLD 1920 BUILDING .

I WAS HAPPY WITH VERIZON FOR 22 YEARS ....

Sounds like you went into a Retail Store and not a Corporate Store. Retails are privately owned/operated separate from AT&T and play by their own rules. They are not staffed by AT&T employees either. File a complaint with the BBB.
