I keep getting this error when I try to accept the " Terms and conditions ". I'm bringing my own phone to ATT but I'm unable to. Please help!!

Hi Hourgod! Here's what you can do to resolve the inability of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) to load on your screen.


First, you should try accepting the T&Cs by visiting here


Also, if the browser window still does not load the page (i.e. error message, page load error, blank, etc.), check that cookies are enabled on your browser. It's possible they may be disabled.


Once cookies are enabled, reload the page. You may even need to switch to another browser in order that for the T&Cs screen to load.


What's more, it's possible that the order may be held in the ordering system for further review before the T&Cs can be started. The common reasons are there is a conflict in the order or there are multiple orders on the same account.


Try this and let us know how it goes. We want you to be able to accept the T&Cs as required.
