Sent trade ins to the wrong address

I traded in 3 phone this week.  The new phones came with shipping materials and postage labels so I place my trade ins in those boxes and sent back the next day.  Today I received 3 trade in boxes.  There was nothing telling me not to send my trades-in in those boxes.  You would think they would have some big red warning label or something.  I am now freaking out that my $2,400 worth of trade-in credit will be held up.  I need to get this resolved asap.  I have called and no one is putting my mind at ease or even asked for the tracking #'s of the 3 boxes I sent back.  Thankfully I do have the tracking #'s.  What is my best course of action?

What was the address on the labels for the packages that you did ship?

What address is on the labels that came after your phone's shipped?

Trade in phones go to hyla mobile in La Verne Tennessee.

Return phones go to Texas

We recommend you contact the trade in support team in regard to the address you sent the trade in to, as they will be able to assist in locating the devices, and having them sent to the correct address.

I have tried reaching out and have received no help.  When I spoke with the trade-in team they said someone from the Escalation Team would reach out via email or text within 2 business days.  That was on Thursday and so far no one has reached out.  So far no one from AT&T has been helpful or even shown any empathy.  The box sent with the new phone literally had a check list of erasing the old phone, packing supplies, and paid postage.  There should have been a clear marking as to not using that box.
